THE MALLEABLE BODY: FROM SENSITIVE TO EXTREME

1. How to introduce osteopathic techniques to be used in dance education ?
2. What is dance-theater? How to develop different skills that allow us to create a dramatic language through the body?
3. What are the most appropriate acrobatic techniques to adapt to different bodies and
conditions? And that can create scenic results?

Starting from an anatomical framework, using muscle chains and body listening, We will explore the relationship between the body and its hidden emotions. We will deliver into our own physical virtues, getting to know places that allow us to enrich our performing potential, using our entire biomechanics range to explore our limits from a safe body. Using anatomical knowledge and our own physical abilities as inspiration, We will try to materialize the different emotions that we encounter in the process, in order to be able to enjoy and develop our own performing practices.
